How to Attend
We are so excited for you to join us for our destination wedding at Dreams Tulum! The ceremony will take place on Sunday, July 27, 2025, and we kindly request that all guests plan to stay from July 25–29, 2025. The room block opens on July 24, 2025 if you’d like to arrive early.
Step 1: RSVP
Please RSVP by March 22, 2025.
Step 2: Book Your Room
- Deposit: $300 per room
- Deadline: April 22, 2025 to lock in current pricing
- Final Payment Due: June 9, 2025
- Booking Requirement: Guests must stay on property and book through our travel advisors via TravelJoy
Step 3: Book Your Transportation
TravelJoy is offering two transfer options powered by Amstar:
- Shared Transfer (CUN): $75 roundtrip — upgraded non-stop service with Amstar. You’ll be greeted in the arrival hall and taken directly to your hotel. Available until May 15, 2025.
- Private Transfer (TQO): $300 total for up to 6 guests arriving on the same flight. Includes private vehicle, free Wi-Fi, and immediate departure. Available until May 15, 2025.

- Most Affordable: Cancún International Airport (CUN) – Approx. 1 hour 45 minutes from the resort

Airport Transfers
Transportation is not included in your room booking, but TravelJoy is offering roundtrip transfers through Amstar:
- Shared Direct Transfer (Cancún Airport): $75 per person roundtrip. Includes upgraded non-stop service to and from Dreams Tulum. Amstar will greet you in the arrival hall and direct you to your vehicle. Available until May 15, 2025.
- Private Transfer (Tulum Airport): $300 total for up to 6 passengers arriving on the same flight. Includes:

Frequently Asked Questions
1. Do I need a passport to attend the wedding in Mexico?
Yes, a valid passport is required. It must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel dates.
2. Do I need a visa to travel to Mexico?
U.S. Citizens: No visa is required for tourism stays under 180 days.
Non-U.S. Citizens: Please check Mexico’s entry requirements based on your nationality and apply in advance if needed.
3. What’s included in the all-inclusive resort package at Dreams Tulum?
Your stay includes:
- Unlimited gourmet dining and top-shelf drinks
- Daily refreshed minibar
- High-speed Wi-Fi and 24-hour room service
- Nightly entertainment, fitness center, and water park
- Concierge and resort access to 16 restaurants and bars
4. Can I stay at a different hotel or Airbnb?
No. All guests must stay at Dreams Tulum and book through our travel advisors. This is required by the resort to ensure access to wedding events. Off-site guests will not be permitted without a wedding pass, and even then, resort access is limited and transportation is not provided.
5. How do I RSVP?
To RSVP:
1. Submit your RSVP by March 22, 2025
2. Place a $300 deposit per room via the official TravelJoy booking page
3. The final balance is due by June 9, 2025
6. What is the dress code for the wedding?
Formal attire. We suggest light, breathable fabrics appropriate for tropical weather.
7. Is transportation provided to the resort?
No, transportation is not included in your booking. However, TravelJoy is offering roundtrip transfers through Amstar:
- Shared Transfer (Cancún Airport): $75 per person roundtrip — upgraded non-stop shuttle service to/from the resort. Available until May 15, 2025.

9. What will the weather be like in Tulum in July?
Expect warm, humid weather with occasional showers. Average temperatures range from 85–90°F (29–32°C). Lightweight, breathable clothing is recommended.
