Step 1: RSVP

Confirm your attendance by submitting your RSVP before March 22, 2025.

Step 2: Book Your Room & Flight

Once you've RSVP'd, it's time to book your accommodations and travel.

  • Rooms: Secure your stay at Dreams Tulum by following the instructions in this guide.
  • Flights: We recommend booking early using Google Flights or Skyscanner to secure the best rates.

Step 3: Arrange Transportation

Airport transfers must be booked separately. You can:

The resort offers a round-trip shuttle from the airport to Dreams Tulum for $260 per vehicle (1-6 people). Be sure to arrange your transportation in advance.

Important Note: Guests who choose not to stay at Dreams Tulum will be required to purchase a wedding pass to attend events. Off-resort guests are also responsible for arranging their own transportation, accommodations, and meals.   • Passports: A valid passport is required to enter Mexico. Ensure your passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel date.

    • U.S. citizens do not need a visa for tourism.
    • Non-U.S. citizens: Please check Mexico’s visa requirements for your nationality. If you do not meet visa exemption criteria, you will need to apply for a Mexican visa before your trip.

  • Most Affordable Option: Cancún International Airport (CUN) – Approx. 1 hour 45 minutes from the resort.
  • Closest Option: Aeropuerto Internacional de Tulum Felipe Carrillo Puerto (TQO) – Approx. 45 minutes from the resort.

Transportation Options

  • Shuttle Services: Airport-to-resort transportation must be booked separately.
  • Taxi: Available at both airports.

For Guests Staying Off-Resort

Guests staying outside of Dreams Tulum must arrange their own transportation to and from the resort. We recommend renting a car (Hertz) or booking a private shuttle.

We highly encourage all guests to stay at Dreams Tulum Resort & Spa for the best experience. Benefits include:

  • Room Costs: Prices range from $213 to $860 per person, per night. These prices reflect the all-inclusive package.

  • Single Occupancy: Higher rates apply for one person in a room.
  • Double Occupancy: Shared rates for two adults.
  • Triple Occupancy: Discounted rates for three adults.

    • Children under 2 stay free.
    • Children 3-12 pay a reduced child rate (see chart for details).
    • Children 13 and above pay the full adult rate.

Wedding Pass

For guests staying off-resort: A wedding pass is required per event to attend wedding-related activities. This is a strict resort policy for security purposes, as outside guests must leave immediately after each event concludes.

Wedding Pass Pricing

  • Wedding Day Events (July 27th, 2025):
    • $60: Access to either the Wedding Ceremony or Reception (arrive 30 minutes before each).
    • $115: Full-day access from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM, including both the Wedding Ceremony and Reception.

Note: If attending both the Ceremony and Reception, purchasing the $115 full-day pass is strongly recommended.

  • Clothing: Lightweight, breathable formalwear. Resort-friendly attire like swimwear, cover-ups, and casual outfits for relaxing.
  • Essentials: Sunscreen, sunglasses, bug spray, and a small umbrella or poncho for light rain.
